1000 Non Woven is a cost-effective surface inspection system for applications
requiring one or two cameras. All processing elements are integrated into a
RITTAL-type industrial panel enclosure.
The man-machine user-interface is displayed on a 17" touch-screen
monitor.
With a minimal number of components, this system can be quickly
installed on the production line.
This FLAWSCAN™ configuration is suitable for medium range speeds
and web widths.

Typical Defects:
FLAWSCAN™ 1000 Non woven can detect and identify several typical non
woven defects, such as oil drops, holes, mosquitoes, insects etc… These
defects are detected regardless of whether they appear on texture ground or
not.
