FLAWSCAN™ 1000 Plastic – A compact Inspection Solution Customized for Plastic

FLAWSCAN™ 1000 Plastic is a cost-effective surface inspection system for applications requiring one or two cameras. All processing elements are integrated into a RITTAL-type industrial panel enclosure. The user interface is displayed on a 17" touch-screen monitor. With a minimal number of components, this system can be quickly installed on the production line. This FLAWSCAN configuration is suitable for medium range speeds and web widths.

FLAWSCAN™ 1000 Plastic is a dedicated system for plastic inspection. It provides reliable on-line inspection of 100 % of your product. This all-in-one, easily programmable system detects, classifies, and displays defects in real-time, and allows immediate and automatic actions to be taken.

Typical Defects:

FLAWSCAN™ 1000 Plastic can detect and identify several typical plastic defects, such as wrinkles, dark contaminants, gels, etc. These defects are detected regardless of whether they appear on textured ground or not.
